How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Please complete our membership plans/pass change form to change the status of your membership. All hold requests need to be received in writing via email 15 business days before the next payment is due while cancellations require 30 days notice. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months. Our system automatically prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
